Please Read These Important Tips.

 

  1. KEEP YOUR PUMP! - Due to the Corona Virus there is a shortage of pumps. Orders may deliver without a pump. Please keep your pump for future use.  To clean the pump place it in the top rack of the dishwasher or wash with dish soap + warm water and pump clean water through it. 
  2. IF YOU DON'T HAVE A PUMP: - No worries. We have included a Disc top cap. This will allow you to easily squeeze the amount needed into a measuring spoon. Dosage instructions are located on the Right panel of the label as well as below.
  3. BOTTLE COLOR - Due to the Corona Virus there is a shortage of bottles. Your bottle color might be different. Rest assured you are getting Plano Paws Omega-3 Fish Oil inside the bottle regardless of what color the bottle is.
  4. START SLOW - Start with 1/2 of the recommended dose for first 5-7 days. Mix with meals. Daily doses can be split between AM and PM. Shake bottle well before using. Wipe nozzle dry after each use.
  5. RESULTS TAKE TIME - For desired results give daily for 4-6 weeks. If you have any issues please contact us.
  6. REFRIGERATE AFTER OPENING - Use within 90 days after opening for best results. Store unopened bottles at room temperature away from heat, light, and moisture. It is NOT required to refrigerate the fish oil. 
  7. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN AND PETS - In case of accidental overdose contact your Veterinarian immediately.
  8. FAULTY PUMP - This is the #1 complaint we get. Sometimes the pump can be a little difficult to open. Please see the demonstration video below for tips on the easiest way to open the pump. If you still have troubles please reach out and we will be happy to help you.

3 EASY STEPS TO OPEN THE PUMP

  1. GRAB THE NECK - Firmly with 1 hand.  (May gently use pliers)
  2. TWIST THE TOP COUNTERCLOCKWISE - with the other hand until the top pops open.
  3. PLACE THE PUMP INTO THE BOTTLE - Screw the lid tight. Pump Omega-3 Fish Oil onto your pets food and enjoy!

  • Does Omega-3 Fish Oil contain Vitamin E?

    No it does not contain Vitamin E. Vitamin E is inexpensive and you can ask your Vet if they recommend adding Vitamin E. In addition we offer several soft chew supplement formulations that contain Vitamin E. 

  • What type of fish is this oil made from?

    Plano Paws Omega-3 Fish Oil is made from 4 types of Fish. Anchovies, Herring, Mackerel, and Sardines.
