Question:  Where do you get your Salmon from?

Answer:  Our Wild Salmon is from off the coast of Alaska. Pacific Salmon is safer than farmed Atlantic Salmon. We only use Wild Salmon in the development of Salmon Treats.

Question:  Why is Salmon Oil good for dogs?

Answer:  Salmon oil contains both EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), which are omega-3 fatty acids. 

Question:  What are the benefits of EPA and DHA?

Answer:  There are many potential benefits including the following.

It May:

• Improve the coat and skin, making it soft and shiny.
• Reduce inflammation.
• Help prevent skin allergies.
• Help Regulate the immune system.
• Improve cognitive function in older dogs.
• Lower blood pressure and triglycerides.
• Provide support for dogs with kidney disease.

Question:  Is Salmon Oil safe for puppies?

Answer:  Yes. Research has shown that DHA in salmon oils helps to promote better brain development in fetuses and in puppies. Always consult your veterinarian before starting Salmon Oil.

Question:  Are there any side effects of Salmon Oil?

Answer:  Side effects are not common. Some dogs may have diarrhea or loose stools. Some dogs may also have weight gain which can be managed with a healthy diet and exercise.

Question:  How fast can I expect to see results with Salmon Chews?

Answer:  Every dog is different. Some dogs may see results in as little as 7 days. However, it may take 4-6 weeks. We recommend giving Salmon Chews daily for 4-6 weeks before getting the full benefit of the salmon oil.

Question:  How long should I keep giving my dog Salmon Chews?

Answer:  It might be a smart choice to continue Salmon Oil therapy as a wellness regimen.  By giving Salmon Chews daily, you may support your dog’s Skin & Coat, Heart, Brain, Joint and Immune Systems. 

Question:  Are your supplements made in the USA?

Answer:  Yes.  All our supplements are made in a GMP compliant and FDA inspected facility in the United States with US and Globally sourced ingredients.

Question:  Do you use heat to manufacture Salmon Chews?

Answer:  No.  We use a no heat manufacturing process that may help maintain the ingredient integrity and quality. 

Question:  Why should I use soft chews?

Answer:  Soft chews provide a bonding experience for your dog and you. Soft chews can be used in training or as treats. Soft chews are better tasting than capsules and tablets and less messy than liquids or powders.

Question:  My dog is really picky and does not like to eat the treats. How do I get them to eat them?

Answer:  We suggest crumbling the soft chews and mixing them with their food. You may also mask the soft chews with peanut butter (xylitol free), hot dog, etc.

Question:  What is the shelf life of Salmon Treats?

Answer:  The shelf life is approximately 18 months.

Question:  How should I store Salmon Treats?

Answer:  You should store Salmon Treats in a cool, dry area.
